Story Board
A story project is a project in which a story is told. These can range from interactive stories, where users make their own story, to talk shows, where animated characters talk to each other. They are rare as they often fall into the animation category
Stories are projects where a user is presented with a variety of options. When they choose one, the story will progress. This gives the user the ability to 'make their own story.' Interactive projects are also called "Choose Your Adventure" projects. These projects tend to take a little more time than other story projects because a dialogue tree has to be constructed and every possible scenario needs to be programmed. To do that, these blocks are commonly used.
The purpose behind this project was to learn about how to use broadcasting and dialogue to create a story in scratch. I feel that I learned what was necessary.
In this project I felt that me and my partner collaborated very well to reach or desired end product- a story. We started off by creating a storyboard. We could not agree on which of our plots was better so we decided to create a two part show about a dog called Don and his feline friends.
If I got to do this project over I would probably let Nick do his idea because doing two episodes was hard.
